Held at Adventure Landing in Jacksonville Beach, WinterFEST is an ongoing event held from mid-November through mid-January. This event provides plenty of fun winter activities for families to enjoy. From ice skating to the 130-foot ice slide.

Deck the Chairs at Jacksonville Beach
A bit of a new tradition, Deck the Chairs is part of The Beaches Winter Light Festival with more than 20 American Red Cross life guard chairs found throughout the area. This event provides a chance to see all of the chairs decorated for the holidays. It kicks off after Thanksgiving with the decorating of the chairs, which will include judging, music, hot cocoa and more. The chairs will remain decorated through the New Year.

Christmas on the St. John’s at Jacksonville Landing
For nearly 30 years, Christmas on the St. John’s has been an annual event. The Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, features a 56-foot-tall tree with more than 78,000 LED lights and over 100 ornaments. The event will include many local musicians and light shows will run until New Year’s Eve.

New Year’s Eve Celebration

The TaxSlayer Bowl used to be known as the Gator Bowl. This is an annual college football game held at EverBank Field in Jacksonville. You can enjoy watching top teams from top conferences compete.
