So I noticed this industrial office condo that’s for sale down off of Philips Highway…

150 Hilden Road, Unit 302

It has 1200 sf (give or take) of retail office space and then a pretty sizable warehouse that is all under the same roof.  I used to have this vision of having a basketball court & weight room in my house, but realized that getting my wife to go along with it might take more convincing than I’m able to do…  Next best thing?  An office space with all of that under the same roof!  Maybe something similar to this New Jersey office building.

And here was my business idea (by that I mean – my way of justifying the purchase).  Okay, I can’t exactly take full credit for the idea.  My buddy Dave Stifter actually came up with it about 15 seconds after describing the property to him.  Nevertheless, the idea was to give every client, who either used my services as a buyer or seller, lifetime access to the gym…  I thought it was brilliant.  Curious if that’s something that would gain traction among potential home sellers/buyers.  “Hey, let’s use Jeff Riber for our next real estate transaction.  If we do, we can use the gym at his office whenever we want…”  It’s a little bit gimmicky, but if it means a gym in the office.  Game on!
